Q: For fans of K-pop who are not familiar with Purplebeck yet, how would you like to introduce yourselves to them? How would you finish the sentence “Purplebeck is…”?
A:
Purplebeck is [an] irreplaceable idol!!!!

Q: Congratulations on your one-year anniversary! Reflecting on one year since Purplebeck’s debut, how have you all grown this past year? Do you remember how you felt on debut day compared to how you feel now?
A:
We have grown in a lot of ways and through many experiences and feelings since debut, and we have especially grown up a lot recently. We are so excited that we still have our [fans] beckies. When we stood on stage for the first time and the beckies came to see [us], it was really overwhelming.

Q: How would you describe the “Crystal Ball” comeback compared to the “Dream Line” comeback?

A: “Crystal Ball” showed a passion for dreams, aspirations and freshness. “Dream Line” showed a harder, more mature concept. We wanted to show a more mature side of ourselves after our first comeback, which focused more on showing our freshness as rookies.

Q: Which seniors in the K-pop industry are you most inspired by?
 A:
We were well-influenced by the stages of all our seniors and couldn’t pick just one.

Q: What is next for Purplebeck? How has COVID-19 impacted your schedule for the future?
A:
You will know about our next comeback soon. For now, it has to stay secret! Sorry!

Q: What are the dreams and goals for Purplebeck’s music and performances in the future?
A: We want to try various music in our own style and become more active singers. We want to stand on more stages and do more activities with music that can stand out and show our own style.

Q: Is there anything else you would like to say in a message to your beckies?
A: We are upset that we can’t see you much right now, but let’s meet online often instead!
